DELIVERY

After you placed your order, we will prepare the delivery throughout Hungary and Europe on the same day. We will inform you about the start of delivery by e-mail or, if you request it separately, by SMS.

All information about the status of the delivery will be communicated by our parcel delivery partner by e-mail and SMS. If you do not see the notification email, please check your SPAM folder.

An invoice will be sent automatically by email. You will also receive a jar of CUTTING BOARD CARE and Instructions for Use with your package.

Please check the contents of the parcel in the presence of the courier, if possible, after receipt.

WARRANTY

The Service Provider has a warranty obligation for its products according to the Civil Code and Government Decree 151/2003 (IX. 22.), which means that during the warranty period, the Service Provider is only exempted from liability if it proves that the defect is due to improper use of the product.

A defect shall not be covered by the warranty if its cause occurred after the product was delivered to the Customer, for example if the defect occured

- by improper use, by washing the product in a dishwasher, or damage caused by contact with inappropriate objects (e.g. an axe, etc.) it invalidates the warranty.

- by misuse, incorrect storage, incorrect handling, deliberate damage.
